For me, Tal stands for quality, well-being, innovation paired with down-to-earth values, as well as for tradition and progress. Tal is a brand that shapes a healthy, innovative future through strong roots, is up-to-date on the market and skilfully responds to the needs of consumers.
What do you think makes Tal special?
The special thing about Tal is its origin and the ingredients, which come from Switzerland and reflect the values of the brand. Its longevity and customer loyalty over many generations show that it does a lot of things right. It has Switzerland on and in it.
Which valley product is working particularly well for you?
The classic Tal Med hand cream repair in the 75ml and 150ml sizes works best for us. Personally, I think the new TAL Med hand cream protect is amazing! I'm very happy to recommend it and I'm delighted that this cream is also doing better and better. 😊
What feedback do you receive from your customers about Tal products?
"Ah, I've already had that one too, it was very good, I'll gladly take it again" and sometimes I can explain what's new - but then it's actually already sold. Is there a better compliment for a brand?
