In the spring of 2023, we launched our Tal “Care” Special Edition. In addition to its eye-catching design, the hand cream also carried an inspiring message. For every hand cream sold, we donated one Swiss franc to the Theodora Foundation. In total, this allowed us to bring smiles to over 200 children.
The skin is the human body’s largest and heaviest organ and plays a vital role in overall health. Clean, well-cared-for skin boosts self-confidence, helping you feel comfortable in your own skin. Of course, it’s not always possible to feel good. When you’re unwell or in the hospital, you don’t always feel like smiling. For children in particular, it can be a time of fear, worry, and pain.
For these reasons, in the spring of 2023, we decided to donate one Swiss franc for every tube of the “Care” Special Edition sold to the Theodora Foundation. Since 1993, the Theodora Foundation has been dedicated to brightening the daily lives of children in hospitals and specialized institutions with joy and laughter. Every year, the “Dream Doctors” bring laughter and moments of happiness to thousands of children throughout Switzerland during their visits.
The name “Care” also embodies the spirit behind our commitment: “As a family-owned company from Graubünden, it’s important to us to take on social and societal responsibility. We do this not only by using as many Swiss ingredients as possible in our hand creams and manufacturing them in Switzerland, but also through initiatives like these,” says Oliver Lüscher, our CEO. The sale of these hand creams has thus helped bring smiles to many children’s faces. “The generous donation from Parsenn-Produkte AG is an unforgettable gift for our children in the hospital. Thanks to this invaluable support, they receive visits from our ‘dream doctors’ and experience precious moments of laughter and distraction, which are so important during difficult times. We are deeply grateful,” said André Poulie, founder of the Theodora Foundation.
