Can be used with or without a cotton pad. Soak a cotton pad with the Balancing Toner and gently sweep over the face, neck and décolleté. For a freshness boost, apply to cleansed hands and spread directly over the face.

The TAL ABSOLUE line is not widely available in specialised shops. Please call the pharmacy/drugstore first to see if they stock the products. Otherwise you will find the products in our Webshop.

All Tal products are dermatologically tested. This is a matter of course for us.
